Pyron Technologies started with a proactive long-term IT strategy, outlining three years of strategic recommendations to accommodate the organization’s changing needs. After the planning came the implementation stage followed by maintenance.

“We always prided ourselves at Langel & Associates as being fairly up-to-date with our information system,” says Craig Langel. “However, after a meeting with members of Pyron Technologies, I became intrigued by the various opportunities that they presented to enhance and upgrade our information network.”

In order to accommodate Langel’s high volume of phone calls and data transfer, Pyron Technologies provided a full T1 dedicated point-to-point circuit between its data and Internet center in Missoula and the Langel office. To help with the organization and readiness of data, Pyron integrated a mixed computing environment comprised of PC's, notebooks, and thin client devices throughout the entire business.

“Pyron Technologies understood and presented clear solutions to our future needs in imaging, phone systems, Internet connections, and file management. Instead of a multitude of consultants, I was able to work with one company,” Langel remarks.

The technology implemented for Langel & Associates proved to be less expensive in administrative and management costs while still offering all the computing tools that their organization needs, which met their goal of a cost-effective approach.
